This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued by Hotellio LLC (“Hotellio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for bookings made through our website www.hotellio.co, including hotel bookings, flight reservations, and car rental services.
By making a booking through our platform, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.


1. Role of Hotellio

Hotellio acts solely as an intermediary booking platform and does not own, control, or operate any hotels, airlines, or car rental services.
All services are provided by independent third-party providers, and their respective policies govern booking terms, cancellations, and refunds.


2. General Refund Policy

All bookings made through Hotellio are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the respective service providers.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are strictly subject to:

  •  The type of booking

  •  The cancellation terms set by the provider

  •  The timing of the cancellation request


3. Hotel Bookings
3.1 Refundable Bookings
If your booking includes free cancellation, you may cancel within the allowed timeframe and receive a refund in accordance with the hotel’s policy.
3.2 Non-Refundable Bookings
Bookings marked as non-refundable are strictly not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
3.3 No-Show
Failure to check in without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.


4. Flight Bookings
4.1 Airline Rules
Flight tickets are governed by the fare rules and policies of the respective airline.
4.2 Refund Eligibility
  •  Refundable tickets may be refunded according to airline conditions
  • Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refunds
  •  Partial refunds may apply after airline penalties

5. Car Rental Bookings
5.1 Refundable Reservations
Car rental bookings may be eligible for refunds if canceled within the allowed timeframe set by the provider.
5.2 Late Cancellation / No-Show
Late cancellations or failure to collect the vehicle may result in partial or full charges with no refund.

6. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  •  Processing time: 7 to 14 business days
  •  Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and third-party processing systems, which are beyond Hotellio’s control

7. Payment Methods

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways such as MyFatoorah.
Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method used during the original transaction.


8. Service Fees
Any service or processing fees charged by Hotellio are strictly non-refundable, even if the booking itself is eligible for a refund.

9. Currency & Bank Charges
Refund amounts may be affected by:
  •  Currency exchange rate fluctuations
  •  Bank fees or international transaction charges
Hotellio is not responsible for differences in refunded amounts caused by such factors.

10. Force Majeure
Hotellio shall not be held liable for cancellations or refund limitations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
  •  Natural disasters
  •  Government restrictions
  •  Pandemics
  •  Airline disruptions
Refunds in such cases are subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

11. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:

Hotellio shall not be liable for refund issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

12. Limitation of Liability
Hotellio is not responsible for:
  •  The quality, availability, or performance of third-party services
  •  Cancellation or refund decisions made by hotels, airlines, or car rental providers

13. Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers must contact Hotellio before initiating any chargebacks.
Hotellio reserves the right to:
  •  Dispute any unjustified chargebacks
  •  Provide transaction and booking evidence to payment providers
  •  Apply administrative fees or restrict access to services in cases of misuse
